WORKBENCH AB PLUS

The ab plus is part of the Workbench series because of its unique features. It's the only abdominal bench of its kind to provide total ab work. Train the upper and mid abs in the crunch position.

Powertec also provides kneepads in place of rollers for the ultimate in comfort. Insert the handle bar/head rest accessory and work the lower abs and hip flexors with complete control. The bench also adjusts into three positions to vary the level of bodyweight resistance. Remove the handlebars and use the bench for dumbbell work.

The leg lift attachment is optional and includes a swivel catch to lock your legs in place for abdominal work.
